Finding a Mentor

The easiest way to figure out how to do something is to find someone who has already done it before, and learn from them.  I think that could be said of most things in life:

  • The cub learns to hunt from its mother.
  • The child learns life skills from its parents or guardians.
  • The apprentice learns from the master.
  • The Padawan learns from the Jedi. ( LOL sorry couldn't resist that one   !  )

You get the picture?

Well this business is exactly the same.  However many weeks it was now that i stumbled across this IM thingy, i had no clue how to do it and to be honest, i didn't really know exactly what it meant apart from making money online.

So what did I do?    I found a mentor of course !

I was actually researching Mystery Shopping, which of course has nothing to do with IM and somehow, i cant even remember how, i stumbled across this website, written by a guy called Chris Farrell who in a couple of short years made enough instant and residual income to do this full time.  Chris absolutely loves this work and has made literally hundreds of videos and articles and tutorials to take you stage by stage through the various steps to make income.  I hope he doesn't mind me quoting him but he once said that even if you only made $500 per month doing this then that is one heck of a car payment.

Chris has granted me the legal rights to give a way a free eBook outlining how to get started in this business.  I have read it from start to finish 3 times now because I'm not much of a reader, I'm more of a doer.

I eventually found it easier to sign up to his website and do the tutorials by video so i could pause and follow along on my own computer.  Each to their own i guess.  You may wish to take a peek at the eBook first which you can get to by clicking on my website.

The eBook is actually free so just take a look and if you don't like it then you just delete it....
