The next step: Laying the foundations

This post carries on from where you have downloaded Chris's eBook at this >>>WEBSITE<<<, watched Chris's video and downloaded the FREE eBook.  Hopefully you have managed to do all this and have started reading through the book.

So for everyone that is up to date....... you will now see that very shortly you will be starting to put together the foundations of your business model.  I know this is a very daunting time and it is sometimes difficult to see why certain things are done a certain way, have no fear this will all be explained as you go along.

One important factor here, and one that I am afraid I did not consider too greatly is the choice of name for your website.  My thinking at the time was that I wanted to promote my company name Snowbird Marketing Enterprises.... or Snowbird.me, and to be quite honest it has worked out quite well for me because i use the Snowbird Brand to promote some more of my projects.  All I am going to say is think carefully what name you would like to use because it can be difficult to go back once you start promoting something.

This is also an issue I came across with this blogsite.  In the early days i wanted it to be a history of how I broke into this buisiness and I wanted to chart everything I did.  In hindsight that was not a good idea because if you are completely honest with yourself, you are going to be more concerned with how YOU are going to do this rather than how I did it, for that reason I changed the name from How I Became An Internet Marketer to Build An Income Online With Lyndon Lomanovskis.

Well I am sure that many of you will still be at various stages of building your first website so I will leave this post here and in the next post we will go through some very basics of how to turn your website into a business that will bring in a residual income.
