Here is a novelty idea that i picked up the other day
Recipe for BEER CAN CHICKEN........
Take 1 medium sized chicken and roll (the chicken) in your favourite herds and spices.
Please note: ensure that the chicken is dead, plucked and drawn for the next part as using a live chicken could get very messy and is probably illegal in most States and Provinces.Take a beer can from the cooler and pop the ring pull.
Insert the beer can into the ass of the chicken, being careful not to spill the beer.
Place the can onto a tray and place on the BBQ or in the oven.
Now the heat will boil the beer which in turn will cook the chicken from the inside out. The added bonus is that the chicken is also infuzed with the beer marinade.
