Hello again.....
Sorry folks but I am going to talk some more about Twitter. You see Twitter has been pivotal in the growth of this business and it does not matter whether you like it or not it is a very powerful marketing tool. For example, it has taken this Blog from 40 hits per day to just under 200 hits per day. Imagine that...... I am getting 1200 hits per week just because I have a Twitter account and use it for marketing purposes. Remember that this blog is all about my journey from a "Brand New" Marketer and i am hoping to share every "WIN" and every "FAIL" along the way so there is a trail for you to follow and hopefully not waste time doing the things that I found did not work.
So now to Twitter.......
I set up an account just after I started this Blog but never really used it for the first 3 months, to be quite honest I was putting all of my efforts into Facebook. Facebook is great but I found it a little slow to get moving. My profile and pages are still there but I don't spend too much time on them now, my reason being I was getting more of a response from Twitter.
I went through a lot of Twitter phases, I tried having a cartoon icon (which failed miserably) and I found a picture of an attractive business woman on Google which worked quite well..... at the moment you will notice that I use my own picture and name. Again this is just an experiment, I will see how that goes over the next week or so and if it works I will keep it, if not I will try something else. I have also tried different names including the brand name of Snowbird right through to my own name, that does not seem to make too much difference.
As for my Tweets.... I am still not sure what the best strategy is. Posting often seems to get the message out there but it is a fine line when you try to gauge what is acceptable against what is do-able. At the moment I am tweeting between 5 and 10 minutes and I have a mixture of Sales Tweets which direct people to this Blog and I do that by advertising a particular article. The reason for this is it means I am not sending out the same tweet all of the time which would just annoy people, and it also gets people's interest from different angles. You may have seen some of my Tweets, some attract people to the Twitter oriented posts in this Blog and some to the Chris Farrell videos.
The other types of Tweet that I send out are the jokey or inspirational Tweets. These ones are designed just to make people smile or even to Follow. Also it breaks up the fact that I am Tweeting to encourage people to come to the Blog and to read a particular article.
When I first started doing this I used to go into Twitter and manually send the Tweets and in between Tweeting I was looking for "Like Minded" people to Follow so maybe they would take an interest in what I was writing and maybe, just maybe, have a go at this themselves abd build an Income excactly the same way that I did.
This was working fine but it was sooooo time consuming, I would come home from work and spend about 3 hours per night on Twitter doing one thing or another. I would send out a few Tweets then do something else then send out a few more Tweets. Like I said it was time consuming but it was working, the business was growing.
So then I bought Tweet Adder and everything changed, now I just set it up and it runs 24-7, I set the Tweets I want to send and when I want them sent, I also tell it how many people to follow every day and it will do that too, all I do now is check in on it once a day just to see that everything is running okay then I get on with my life. My business grows all day, every day, when I am at work, when I am asleep and even while I am maintaining other parts of my business.
My advice to you is to first off all consider using Twitter as part of your marketing efforts and also automate your efforts by using Tweet Adder.
My third peice of advice is to resell Tweet Adder. It has a fantastic Affiliate program that will not only pay you every time someone buys Tweet Adder through your link (50% of sale)..... but also will pay you (10% of sale) of anyone who becomes an affiliate through your link.
This program is free to join, easy to set up and they even give you $10 to start with.
So why am I telling you this..........
Well if you become an Affiliate you earn 50% of all your sales paid straight from the people at Tweet Adder.......... but also they will also give me a 10% bonus too so we both earn money.
And the great thing about this is that you can then go on and ask people if they would like to become affiliates and you will get a 10% bonus every time they make a sale.
Now as you already know, this Blog is all about helping people Create an Income..... and I would like to do just that. Some of you out there will not have a website or a blog-site set up where you would be able to market this fantastic offer from.
I would like to extend a helping hand of friendship to you and help you build a site that you could use to advertise Tweet Adder. I am offering to show you how to do this completely free. I do not want any payment, I do not want any of your contact details.
All I ask you to do is sign up through my link so that I can be part of this chain. If you click the link below you will see one of the sites I have put together and that is the site that I will show you how to build.
Once you get to that site have a little read and look at the quality of the site and the information contained in it.
If you like what you see then click on the CLICK HERE at the bottom and you will go to the Tweet Adder site. Near the top you will see the Affiliate button which will take to to the part where you sign up.
Once you have done that you sign up to it and will have access to all the Affiliate support that they provide.
If you need any help from me after that on building the site then you just contact me and I will help you build it. The way in which I will teach you will not cost you a single cent, You choose the name for your site which is FREE, the web hosting is FREE.
You are about to become an Internet Marketer !
